Originally this was a telephone interview.But there was so much information, I knew I would not do it justice. So I elected to email Ben with the questions, which he could reply to in his own words.

I am still so excited over my telephone "interview" with you. I can hardly wait to pass it on to as many as I can. I have a few basic questions you can reply to at will. And if you see that I have left out any pertinent questions, by all means take the liberty to interject.





Can you tell us when you first became involved with Colloidal Silver?

I started using it regularly when a friend started making around 1997, but I had known about it for several decades. Having worked most of my adult life in the Petro-Chem field, I knew electrical design and process, so a friend contracted with me to build a silver production machine. I then helped him develop a process and eventually built a machine for him to make nano-silver (nanometer sized particles in distilled water) in 2003. This friend owned a company called Utopia Silver, Inc. He had started another company and needed funds so he offered to sell his silver company assets to me. In December of 2004, I bought some of his company assets and opened Utopia Silver Supplements.



Just what is Colloidal Silver? Is there more than one variety?

As I make it, colloidal silver is simply silver particles suspended in distilled water. There are several varieties, such as silver nitrate used in babies eyes at birth, silver in saline solution, silver in gelatin (animal protein), ionic silver in distilled water and particle silver in distilled water. Many have heard widely publicized news reports of people with "blue skin" from using colloidal silver. Is this a danger of using Colloidal Silver?

As you may have noticed, there are very few people who develop Argyria and then only because of overuse/abuse of either silver nitrate, silver in saline solution, or silver in gelatin. I know of no cases of Argyria caused from using nano-particle silver (such as ours) suspended in distilled water or even ionic silver in distilled water. If there were very many cases, the media wouldn’t have to keep trotting out the same Blue Man, Paul Karason, for 8 months; they would be all around us by now. I’ve personally used an average of ½ oz. or more a day for 5 years with no ill effects and no blue skin. [An aspirin or two will get rid of a headache, but if you take the whole bottle, you’ll likely die.] The Blue Man used a very large amount (reportedly a quart a day) of home made colloidal silver for years before developing Argyria. I have been most fascinated with your 5 year legal battle with the FDA. It appears that they might have decided to leave you alone. Can you please describe for us the tactics used by the FDA to intimidate you and possibly shut you down?

1) Years of court hearings that stole my time- literally. 2) Threats by judges of contempt for refusing to submit to the jurisdiction of the State District Court, the State Attorney General, State agencies, and the FDA. 3) Threats of $25,000.00 per day fines, which amounts to nine million plus dollars a year. 4) Sending armed state troopers and FDA/TDSHS agents to my business demanding all my records of customers and vendors. (None of which they have any authority under the USA and Texas Constitutions or statutory law to demand.)



I was even more impressed when learning that you never hired an attorney. Why is that?

The system is not what most people think. Almost everything done by government and so-called government agencies is done by government quasi-corporations. A corporation is a fictitious entity set up to reduce liability and to make money and is essentially a commercial dictatorship. In 1871, a corporation called the UNITED STATES was birthed to, supposedly, conduct the business affairs of Washington DC and the territories. I believe it was set up to steal our Republic and our freedom. It is even stated in the United States Code at 28 USC 3002(15) that the UNITED STATES is a ‘federal’ corporation. Since the initial setting up of this so-called ‘federal’ corporation, all state, county and municipal governments, as well as all ‘business’ corporations have been set up under this ‘federal’ umbrella. I discovered that the Courts of Texas are listed on Dun & Bradstreet as corporations for profit.



The CEO of a corporation can issue executive orders about anything he desires. He may decide that all his corporate employees will wear bow-ties and tu-tus to work and if they don’t, they won’t have a job. (Have you ever wondered how the President of the US gets away with issuing executive orders without Congressional legislation as mandated under the Constitution? Simply put, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the federal corporation named the UNITED STATES.). But this is also where we have some power. The organic United States of America and it’s organic law, the Constitutions (both States and National) are still there, but are essentially unused by this corporate government system and certainly unused and unclaimed by most of the People. I have had success against these corporate gangsters because I deny the jurisdiction of these ‘government corporations’ and stand on my God-given Rights as secured by our Organic Laws.

This is why God is so crucial to our Freedom and our Nation. There are Rights and there are privileges. Rights given God, cannot be taken away by man, but privileges granted by man and his corporate entities can be arbitrarily removed at the whim of the corporation and/or its CEO. There are no Rights for the People within the corporation, only privileges. Of course they don’t come right out and tell us what is going on because then the cat would be out of the bag. You may or may not be a religious person, but the Bible predicts a commercial/economic system whereby we won’t be able to buy or sell without taking a certain “mark”. Well, it’s here and growing more powerful unless we know where to stand.



Mr. Taylor, Ben I hope I covered the most important areas of examining Colloidal Silver. But if I have not, please take the liberties to present it in the way you want it delivered. This is not about me. It's about getting the word out in truth and empowering people to know that they do have choices, and why those choices have been squelched, either by media manipulation, or intimidation by the FDA.

Rachel, you are correct, it is about educating the People of our Country who love and cherish the freedoms that are derived from God’s grace that will turn the tide. That’s one thing I love about God, he grants us complete freedom to live as we please, but we must be willing to suffer the consequences if we abuse that freedom. On the other hand, the evil one and many men desire to control all mankind.

I am still intrigued by a comment you made about a secret that you would tell me? You may have already told me and I didn't realize it LOL.
